Remark: Above fees relate the Incorporation of a Company - "Sociedade por Quotas" with minimum Share Capital Euros 5.000.00 ANNUAL FEES The Annual Fees are concerned with the following services: Annual Statutory Fee, which includes: - the provision of a registered office (*) in the jurisdiction of incorporation, as required; the registered office is not considered as a trading address. - local incorporation agent – our solicitor we use to provide us all services relating company matters (registered agent facilities); - filing statutory returns with official departments, required, to be the company active and alive; - Liaison with the registered office and the registered agent in the jurisdiction of incorporation, attending to the payment of the Annual Government License Fees and other government fees; Annual Compliance Fee, which includes: - attending to routine compliance matters (inclusive of periodic file reviews), reviewing official correspondence received and other routine matters incidental to good corporate governance; - Processing and Return Filing with Internal revenue, Registrar of Companies, and other official departments

IMPORTANT REMARK: The company is considered formed by a Public Notary Deed. Here you have 2 options: as shareholder(s) either you come to the Notary Deed (not required) or otherwise we shall act on your behalf, through a specific Power of Attorney to enable us to deal woth all matters relating the company formation and all further registrations.

ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE.You can also incorporate in Portugal a branch (subsidiary) of your national company, keeping obviously the same name.The cost of incorporation subsidiary will be around 1500 euros including translation from english (or other) to portuguese. In this case is not necessary neither deed nor any deposit in bank account, but only registration in Company Office.
